Since the advent of laparoscopic surgery, Dr Tsang has focused his practice on procedures conducted using these minimally invasive techniques. All his surgery are performed by means of keyhole technique and in due course will eventually advance into robotic keyhole surgery in line with the technological advancement in medicine.
